A pie in a frying pan with meat turns out no worse than in the oven: hearty, aromatic, with a juicy filling and a crispy golden crust.

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Minced meat 400 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Egg 1 piece
- Egg 1 piece
- Sour cream 100 g
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons + for lubrication
- Sugar 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt 1 pinch
- Soda ⅓ tsp spoons
- Flour 250 g
Cooking method
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft for 2-3 minutes.
Add minced meat to the onion, mix well and fry for 8-10 minutes until tender.

Cool the prepared minced meat a little, add the egg, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Optionally, you can add vegetables or boiled cereals to the minced meat.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg, sour cream, oil, sugar and salt until smooth.
Add soda and half the flour to the sour cream, mix thoroughly.
Gradually add the remaining flour into the bowl, kneading the soft dough.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll them into flat cakes 3-5 mm thick.
Place the filling on the tortilla, cover it with a second layer of dough and hold the edges of the pie together.
Grease a pan with a thick bottom, put the pie in it and make several punctures in it with a knife.
Cook the pie, covered over low heat, 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Turn the cake over gently, cover and bake for another 15–20 minutes.
