Fragrant pasta baked with minced meat, tomato sauce and cheese will be a wonderful lunch or dinner. They prepare simply, but they turn out to be incomparable.

Ingredients
- Pasta 300 g
- Onions 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Tomatoes 600-700 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Minced chicken 350-400 g
- Dried basil to taste
- Dried oregano to taste
- Cheese 100-150 g

Boil the pasta until tender - follow the manufacturer's recommendations in time.

Cut the onion into small pieces. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Fry the onion for 4-6 minutes, add the chopped garlic and leave on the fire for another 30 seconds.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for 30 seconds, then peel and cut into small pieces.
Add the tomatoes to the onions along with salt, pepper and sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a separate skillet, fry the minced meat with one or two tablespoons of oil for 4-5 minutes. Stir and watch so that no large pieces remain. Season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Combine minced meat with sauce and pasta. Place in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.
