Tsar's custard Easter with raisins and almonds

Tsar's custard Easter turns out to be very soft and unusually tasty. A light vanilla aroma and nuts make it simply delicious.

Ingredients
- Raisins 80 g
- Almonds 50 g
- Cottage cheese 500 g
- Sour cream 200 g
- Eggs 2-3 pieces
- Sugar 100 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp the spoon
- Butter 100 g
Cooking method
Pour the raisins with boiling water and leave for 20 minutes, then dry them with paper towels. Chop the almonds.
Rub the cottage cheese through a meat grinder and mix with sour cream, eggs, plain and vanilla sugar.
Add softened and diced butter and beat with a blender to create a fluffy mass.
Transfer the curd to a thick-walled saucepan and simmer until the first bubbles appear. You do not need to boil.

Then place the pan in a bowl of cold water and stir the curd mass until it cools.
Ice can be added to the water.
Then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
When the curd has cooled, mix it with the raisins and almonds.
Transfer the mixture to an Easter pan lined with cheesecloth. Cover the top with gauze and place a small weight.
Place the dish in a deep bowl and knock in the refrigerator. Periodically drain any liquid that is discharged.
