Easter cottage cheese with condensed milk

Sweet, incredibly tender cottage cheese Easter with condensed milk will decorate the festive table. Add your favorite dried fruits and candied fruits to it for even tastier.

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 500 g
- Condensed milk 350 g
- Butter 100 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla sugar 10 g
- Raisins and candied fruits to taste
Cooking method
Beat the cottage cheese with an immersion blender.
Add condensed milk, softened butter, salt, vanilla sugar to the curd and beat again with a blender.

Pour the raisins and candied fruits into the curd mass and stir to distribute them evenly.
Other dried fruits can be used with raisins.
Cover the form for Easter with gauze folded in several layers. Put the curd mass there.
Fold the edges of the cheesecloth over the curd and place a small weight on top.
Place the Easter cake pan in a deep bowl and refrigerate for 12-14 hours. Periodically drain any liquid that is discharged.
Remove the finished dessert from the mold and, if desired, decorate with Easter decor.
