Korean seaweed is a simple and healthy dish. And the combination of spices, garlic and soy sauce makes it perfect.
Rinse the seaweed and boil in boiling water for 25-30 minutes until soft.
Rinse the finished cabbage thoroughly in cold water and cut into small pieces.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown for 3-4 minutes, then add the seaweed and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Add soy sauce, spices, salt to taste and garlic to the pan, stir well and remove from heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the dish if desired.
