Potato casserole with minced meat

Fragrant fried meat with vegetables is hidden between two layers of delicate puree. Potato casserole with minced meat is easy to prepare and it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 1 500 g
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2-4 tbsp. spoons
- Minced meat 750 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground nutmeg to taste
- Bay leaves 2-3 pieces
- Butter 100 g + for lubrication
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Hard cheese 200 g
- Greens to taste
Cooking method

Peel potatoes and place in a saucepan. Pour in water, salt and boil until soft.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet. Place the minced meat there and fry, stirring occasionally, until the meat changes color from red to light brown.
Add chopped onions and grated carrots. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, add lavrushka.
Stir and cook for a few more minutes to soften the vegetables. Add finely chopped herbs if desired. Remove bay leaves.
Drain the liquid from the finished potatoes. Purée with a pusher, adding butter and sour cream.
Combine the puree with half the grated cheese.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Spoon out half the potatoes and flatten.
Place the minced meat on top and cover with the other half of the puree. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake in oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. The top should be browned.
