Lean Cabbage Jellied Pie

Bake a lean cabbage jellied pie. Yeast dough in water and a fragrant vegetable filling - all the ingredients are probably already in your kitchen.

Ingredients
- Flour 400 g
- Fast acting yeast 7 g
- Sugar 1¹⁄₂ tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Water 400 ml
- Vegetable oil 70 ml + for frying and greasing
- Cabbage 500 g
- Onions 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Tomato paste 2-3 tsp spoons
- Turmeric ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ tsp. spoons
- Sesame to taste
Cooking method

Combine sifted flour, yeast, sugar and a teaspoon of salt.
To make the dough look more ruddy, you can add a little turmeric to the flour.
Pour in warm water and oil. Mix thoroughly.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
You can place the container in a slightly heated, but not switched on, oven.
Chop the cabbage, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.
Fry vegetables with oil until soft. Finally, mix with tomato paste and season with salt.

Oil a baking dish. Spread half of the dough over it, put the filling on top and cover with the remaining dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
When matched, the dough will be thick and sticky, so spread it gently so as not to move the vegetables.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 55 minutes.
