Lean grated pie with berries

Lean grated pie with berries does not contain milk and eggs, and instead of butter, here is vegetable oil. The dough tastes even better with the addition of juice.

Ingredients
- Flour 400-450 g
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
- Baking powder ½ tsp. spoons
- Orange juice 125 ml
- Sugar 160-200 g
- Vegetable oil 150 ml + for lubrication
- Frozen berries 250-300 g
- Starch 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Combine the sifted flour with salt and baking powder.
Stir in juice, 100 g sugar and butter. Pour flour in parts and knead a soft dough.
Separate about a third from the dough, wrap in foil and put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Wrap most of it and leave in the refrigerator.

Rinse the berries and mix with the starch and the remaining sugar.
Use any berries and do not thaw them before using.
Spread most of the dough on a greased dish. Try to make an even layer and form small sides. Spread the filling on top in an even layer.
Remove the smaller part of the dough from the freezer and grate it directly onto the berries on a coarse grater.
Bake the pie for about 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
