Chicken and avocado salad

Bright and light salad with chicken and avocado, juicy orange slices and honey dressing will appeal to fans of unusual combinations.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 150 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tsp spoons
- Orange 1½ pieces
- Avocado ½ piece
- Walnuts 2 tbsp spoons
- Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
- Olive oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp the spoon
- Honey 1 tsp the spoon
Cooking method

Beat the chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil until tender, 3-4 minutes on each side.
How to tell if a chicken is ready
Put the finished chicken on a plate, cool slightly and cut into pieces.
Divide one orange into slices and peel them from the peel and films. Squeeze the juice out of half of the other fruit.
Peel and slice the avocado. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Tear lettuce leaves by hand, if necessary.
Place lettuce leaves, slices of avocado, orange and chicken on a platter. Season with salt to taste and sprinkle with nuts.
Mix orange juice thoroughly with olive oil, mustard and honey. Pour the dressing over the salad.
