Lean bean cutlets

These lean bean cutlets are aromatic and tasty thanks to the fried carrots, onions and garlic and the abundance of various spices.

Ingredients
- Onions 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon + for frying
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground cumin 1 tsp a spoon
- Ground coriander ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Ground chili ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Ground cayenne pepper ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Canned or boiled red beans 450-500 g
- Instant oat flakes 50 g
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp a spoon
- Breadcrumbs 4-6 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Chop the onion and garlic finely. Grate the carrots.
Heat oil in a skillet and add onion and garlic. Season with salt and black pepper. Saute until the onions are translucent.
Top with carrots, cumin, coriander, chili and cayenne pepper. While stirring, cook until the carrots are tender. Remove from heat.
Purée the beans with a pusher. Add fry, oatmeal, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Shape the minced meat into patties, place on a flat dish and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Freezing is needed so that the cutlets keep their shape better.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
Cutlets can be pre-rolled in breadcrumbs.
