On our appeal submit articles with your success stories respond more and more people! Yesterday in edition of "Layfhakera" I received a letter from Irene Belozerova history. She tells us how yoga, veganism and the ability to be grateful to have changed her life for the better.
This 2012 was marked by change. Something changed itself over something I have tried to work herself. But, clearly, it was a good year. Below, I've brought the key factors that have made it so:
veganism
I finally became a vegan - has refused food, clothing and other items that are made from animals. And what's interesting, my, as it turned out, "the courage to decide on this," inspired people around. Not everyone, of course, but there are those to whom the idea of humanity and humanity, too, were in tune. This transition to vegetable nutrition is important for me, it gives me a kind of internal support, the logic of what I'm doing. It is not logical to have chicken and melt kittens. For me, everything fell into place this year.
Yoga
Yoga came into my life, too, this year. First summer in Gorky Park. Now at home, quite often. And you know, the brain became activated "on time" in the morning. Eyes opened and "scholk" - the brain is ready for operation. This is so cool!
Caring for nature
Even the separate collection of garbage in my family got to the stream. We sort paper, plastic, cans and took them to the items for recycling. You've seen garbage island in the ocean? A turtle, an adult, whose shell is divided into two parts by a ring of plastic bottles? And I saw. And this alone is enough for me to motivate. And I go on - tell your friends about these things, is harvested for plakatiki neighbors will hang them in the garbage, so that people at least think about the problems posed by the debris. As the saying goes, if you want to change the world - change yourself.
Thanks
Yet it was a year of gratitude. And I think that's the most important thing that happened to me. I write thanks to a special notebook, often thank mentally, this is becoming a habit. Thank you for everything that happens - good and not so good. For people who are next to me, helps me to get better. In general, for what I can live and enjoy the dawn, the smell of cinnamon in Christmas cupcakes, enjoy communicating, the opportunity to help someone in word or deed, for the fact that there are health and strength to carry out all the dreams and plans! And so I want to convey to all - "People! Give thanks often! And you feel better, you'll see how to change your life! ".
In short, it was a great year! :)
In gratitude for the excellent post send Irina a book "Age of happiness». Send us stories that you have changed and made better!
