Recently, meditation has become more and more popular. But it can be difficult to get involved on your own, so you can turn to applications on your phone. For example, Serotonin from Russian developers offers guided meditations (including for fast falling asleep) and rapid breathing exercises. The application consists of three blocks.
Meditation
There are three directions: developing awareness, clearing negativity, and loving-kindness. For those who already have experience and can practice on their own, there is a free plan: you can choose the appropriate session length and background noise and meditate without an instructor.
Interestingly, initially only “Mindfulness” and independent meditation are available: the other two types will open up if you train mindfulness daily for a certain time (3 and 7 days). After that, the blocks will become available forever.
Breath
Breathing techniques to help you calm down, focus on business, or invigorate. Unlike meditation, there is no instructor here: instead, a timer on the display is used, indicating what to do - inhale, hold your breath or exhale.
Sleep
A meditation aimed at falling asleep quickly. You can turn on a guided course (the user himself chooses the duration of the session, the voice - male or female, - and background sounds) or just soothing sounds of rain, fire or wind with a timer, if you have sufficient experience and you do not need the instructor.
