Flash extension will add hotkey menu to Gmail
Web Services Browsers / / January 05, 2021
A new extension has become available for the Chrome browser, which will be useful to everyone who actively uses the browser version of Gmail. It's called Flash and adds a simple context menu and the ability to manage your mailbox without using a mouse.
You can move between letters using arrows, "Enter" opens the selected letter, and the list of possible actions is invoked by the command Ctrl + C (or ⌘ + K on Mac). Navigation is carried out either by arrows or by entering the beginning of a command.
So far, Flash is available only for Chrome, but in the future, the developers plan to release similar extensions for Safari and Firefox. The extension is completely free and does not have any complicated settings: it is enough to go through a little training immediately after installation, it will take no more than a minute.
