Where does such generosity come from?

Promotion "Black Friday»In 2015 came up with the Real Estate Professionals Association (REPA). This is a three-day summer sale, where you can buy apartments and suburban real estate from developers in Moscow and the Moscow region at great discounts.

Why would they? In the summer, real estate is poorly bought, and the promotion helps to stimulate demand: it is more profitable for developers to sell housing at discounts than to just sit and wait. This year, Donstroy, MR Group, Konti Group of Companies, Kortros Group of Companies, Etalon Group and other reliable developers are participating in Black Friday. The size of the discount is not fixed: companies set it independently for each lot.

In 2019, 1,325 lots and 47 thousand buyers took part in Black Friday. The total amount of discounts is 4 billion rubles. In three days, housing was booked worth more than 6 billion.

What kind of property can you buy

Any apartments - from small studios to huge five-room apartments, country houses, apartments, as well as parking spaces. How it works

The sale takes place in two stages.

First - subscription. From August 10 to August 20, go to the promotion page, study the participants and subscribe to your favorites: to a specific residential complex or developer. The number of subscriptions is unlimited. The amount of discounts and the exact list of real estate objects at this stage are unknown.

Then why subscribe? Otherwise, you may miss out on the chance to buy the desired apartment. Many people hunt for each lot: in 2019, there were 959 interested parties per unit.

The main thing is that people with a subscription will be the first to get access to the sale: for them it will start on August 20 at 23:00. And for other clients - on August 21 at 00:01. The difference is significant: in 2019, 45% of all offers were booked in the first three hours of the promotion.

Second phase - booking. It starts on August 21 (or August 20 for subscribers) and runs until 23:59 on August 23. At this stage, you can choose the offer you like and is free book it.

After that you will need to fill out a form with contacts. Then an SMS with a confirmation code will come to your phone: enter it and the apartment will be temporarily removed from sale. Wait for the manager's call, discuss the details and go to the developer's office to finalize the contract.

Don't worry: promotional lots are not sold in parallel - several people cannot apply for the same object. So if the booking is successful, the apartment is yours.

If you haven't booked your dream home in time, you can queue up. Then, if the buyer refuses the deal, you will receive a notification about the change in status and you can secure the lot to yourself.

It's safe and fair

Only developers with building permits and an excellent reputation, proven over the years, are eligible for the promotion. The main requirement for all participants is real discounts. The preliminary price increase will only hurt: the organizers will no longer call a dishonest developer to "Black friday”, He will ruin his reputation and lose potential customers.

By the way, if you notice suspicious prices during the action itself, feel free to write to the organizers. They will check and, if doubts are confirmed, they will immediately remove the developer's lots from the site.

Don't worry about the security of the deal either. Buying a lot on a sale is no different from the usual one: you will conclude an agreement not on the Internet, but in the developer's office. By the way, lots of "Black Friday" can be taken on a mortgage.
