The lock is synchronized with other Aqara and Mi Home devices using the ZigBee protocol. Aqara Smart Door Lock has not only a fast fingerprint scanner, but also an RFID sensor for reading key cards, as well as a combination and mechanical locks.

The device supports many scenarios of work in conjunction with other elements of a smart home when the door is unlocked - from activating the kettle and air conditioner to turning off the alarm. Separate chains of actions can be set for different users.

Each action with the lock is recorded in the history of operations, which indicates the time and method of opening the door. If you try to hack, enter the wrong password more than three times in a row, or fail to read the fingerprint, the device sends notifications to the smartphone. The system allows you to enter a long password with additional digits, inside of which the real code is hidden to hide the real combination from strangers.

Lost RFID keys can be blocked and deleted from the device memory. In the Mi Home app, notifications appear when you need to recharge the lock battery via the microUSB port.
