1. Dragging the extension bar
Have too many extensions accumulated? Rather than right-clicking each and hitting Hide in Chrome Menu, grab the edge of the address bar and drag to the left. So you can hide unnecessary ones.
2. Batch moving tabs
Hold down the Ctrl key on Windows 10 or Cmd on macOS and click multiple tabs. Then release the key, hold down the tabs with the mouse and move wherever you want - they all move at the same time.
3. Drag and drop links
If you need to open a link in a tab in some specific place of the panel, and not on the edge, as usual - hold down the link, drag it onto the panel to the desired location and release.
4. Alternative search
Enter the keyword in the search bar - the name of the site on which you want to search, and only then your query. This is how you can search in Yandex, Yahoo and other search engines. The request looks like this:
yandex.ru your_request
yahoo.com your_request
You can view a list of available searches on the Chrome settings page.
chrome: // settings / searchEngines
There are many of them, and if you wish, you can add your own.
5. Google Cloud Print
If you wish, you can make your printer cloud-based and print through it from smartphones, tablets and remote computers. Click the three-dot icon in Chrome and click Settings → Advanced → Printing → Google Cloud Print → Manage Virtual Printing-enabled Devices. Add your printer there.
Now, if you try to print the page in the Chrome browser from another computer or from an Android device, you will be prompted for the selected printer. The main thing is that all your browsers are connected to the same Google account.
