How to set up multiple signatures in Gmail

Google has added multi-signature support to its email client. If a few years ago you had to dance with a tambourine, use third-party extensions or even drive in an alternative signature by hand, now everything you need is in the mailbox itself.

How to set up Gmail signatures

• Open Gmail in your browser.
• Click on the gear icon and select "Settings".
• Scroll down to the Signatures section - this is where the simple editor is.
• Click "Create" to add a new signature. Click on the pencil icon to change its name.
• Under the editor, choose which signatures will be used by default for new emails and replies.
• Scroll down and click Save Changes.

After that, when sending a message, it will be enough to click on the pen-shaped icon and switch to another signature.

At the time of publication of the material, this function does not work in applications on Android and iOS: you can configure a separate mobile signature (Settings → Signature settings → Mobile signature), but the ability to save several versions at once not yet.
