Xiaomi introduced a floor fan with Wi-Fi

Smartmi, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, has introduced the new Dc Inverter Floor Fan 3. It features a low noise level thanks to the quiet Japanese Minebea DC motor and the clever design of seven blades.

The battery with a capacity of 33.6 Wh provides up to 20 hours of battery life, a full charge takes only 4 hours. The charge level, network connection status and other parameters are displayed directly on the case. The device weighs about 3.5 kg including the battery.

It even supports voice control - though only in Chinese. The kit comes with a Bluetooth remote control, and for synchronization with a smartphone and Smart Life system (formerly Mijia) Wi-Fi is used. Remotely you can turn on and off the fan, adjust the angle of rotation and speed work. There is even a wind simulation mode.

The novelty has already gone on sale in China at a price of 699 yuan (approximately 6,760 rubles). No international release has been announced yet, but the Chinese version should be on AliExpress soon.
