Xiaomi introduced a battery with solar panels

On Xiaomi crowdfunding presented YEUX charger, which is designed to power gadgets far from civilization. Externally, the gadget resembles a fabric envelope with two solar panels. When unfolded, it can be attached to a backpack or simply hung on a tree in direct sunlight.

Solar energy powers the 6,400 mAh battery built into the YEUX, from which connected devices can be charged. Two USB Type-A ports (5 V / 3 A) and a USB Type-C connector (5 V / 3 A) are available for connection. The latter and the microUSB port (5 V / 2 A) allow you to charge the battery directly from the mains.

The charge level is displayed using four diodes. In addition to them, there is a three-color indicator of the quality of recharge from the sun: a green backlight will indicate a high charge rate, yellow - about medium, red - about low.

The base of the YEUX is made of oxford fabric using polyurethane. She is not afraid of scratches and moisture, so rain will not harm the gadget. The ports are sealed with plugs in case of heavy rain or dusty conditions.

YEUX was priced at 349 yuan (≈3,500 rubles). The device has already appeared on AliExpress, but the price, as usual at the start, is greatly overpriced - 6 410 rubles, and then taking into account the coupon.
