Twitter's web version finally has a post scheduling feature that started test back in 2019. Now anyone can write a tweet and choose the date and time of posting. This is done by clicking on the calendar icon in the typing area.
Not quite ready to send that Tweet? Now on https://t.co/fuPJa36kt0 you can save it as a draft or schedule it to send at a specific time –– all from the Tweet composer! pic.twitter.com/d89ESgVZal

Along with these, the ability to save unpublished tweets to drafts was added - just type in the text and click on the cross to close the input window. Twitter will ask if the tweet should be saved or if it can be deleted.
When you save a tweet, you can find it in drafts via the calendar icon. Note, however, that web drafts will not be visible in the mobile app - there is no sync yet.
Previously on Twitter appeared the ability to limit comments to publications.
