New order the Russian government banned the sale of medical devices (including respirators, masks and disposable gloves) to organizations that do not have a pharmaceutical license. In other words, now it will be possible to buy such remedies only in a pharmacy.
In addition, they limited the mark-up for such goods - at each stage of the trade chain, it cannot exceed 10% of the cost price. This limitation also applies to remedies produced before the new regulation came into force, which excludes more expensive "old parties". The maximum pharmacy markup cannot exceed 10 kopecks.
The new rules have already entered into force and will be valid for 90 days - until July 2, 2020.
