Xiaomi is officially announced an updated version of fully wireless earbuds that look similar to AirPods. The model was named Mi Air 2S, and its main feature was impressive autonomy.
According to the manufacturer, the earbuds themselves will work for 5 hours without recharge, and with a case, the user can count on all 24 hours. This is significantly more than previous version. The case can be charged either via the USB-C port or wirelessly using Qi technology.
An equally important feature of the Mi Air 2S is the improved dual-core chip with support for a new technology for synchronous transmission of audio signals to the left and right headphones. The manufacturer guarantees that there will be no delays in any scenarios of use, including when watching videos and playing games.
There is no full-fledged active noise cancellation system, but the technology of compensating for noise and extraneous sounds by using two microphones is declared. It will allow you to cut off background "garbage" during voice calls.
Mi Air 2S can automatically stop music playback if you take out one of the headphones. The control is carried out by means of touch zones on the outer surface. There is also support for a voice assistant with XiaoAI, activated with a simple command. True, for Russia it is still not relevant.
Xiaomi Mi Air 2S is already available in China for 399 Yuan (≈4,400 rubles). In the near future they can be expected on AliExpress.
