Starting today (March 30), a home self-isolation regime will be introduced for all residents of Moscow and the Moscow region. Leaving the apartment is allowed only in the following cases:

• seeking emergency medical care and other direct threats to life and health;
• commuting if you are required to go to work;
• making purchases at the nearest store or pharmacy;
• walking pets at a distance not exceeding 100 meters from the place of residence (stay);
• need to take out household waste.
