How easy it is to clean the baking sheet with the tools at hand

1. Pour boiling water into a baking sheet so that it reaches the brim. Leave it on for a couple of minutes, then drain (but do not dry the dishes).
2. Sprinkle baking soda on a baking sheet - over any dirt or grease.
3. Sprinkle salt on top - any will do, but stone is believed to work better.
4. Pour wine or apple cider vinegar into a spray bottle and spread generously over the baking soda and salt mixture. Everything will start to hiss - don't worry, it means everything is working.
5. Clean the baking sheet with a hard sponge. If it is metallic with no special coatings, you can use a metal sponge or even crumpled aluminum foil. It can take 5-10 minutes for tough dirt, but the dirt will eventually succumb.
