February 11 Samsung presented the long-awaited trio of Galaxy S20 flagships - and they look amazing. Comparison with Apple's flagships suggests itself - and since the top iPhones of 2020 will be released only in September, the Galaxy S20 will remain a rival for another six months. iPhone 11. We will tell you how the Koreans beat the competitors from Cupertino.
5G
This is the most obvious answer, given that many manufacturers are not offering the first line of smartphones with support for fifth generation networks. 5G will potentially allow download speeds up to 100 times faster than 4G. And Galaxy S20 owners will have access to this technology, while the iPhone 11 is limited to LTE. Why is Apple so lagging behind?
After Apple's 2019 financial report, Tim Cook clarified the company's position on 5G. According to him, the technology is still at an early stage of distribution - and before the release of devices with 5G support, manufacturers should pay attention to the deployment schedule of these networks around the world. In addition, analyst Min-chi Kuo claims that in 2020 we will see the first iPhones with 5G - so it won't be long to wait.
120Hz screen
All three models in the Galaxy S20 lineup feature a 120Hz refresh rate display for maximum fluidity. This frequency is not active all the time and adapts to the scenario of use to save battery power. At the same time, the entire iPhone 11 series offers fixed 60Hz. Again, this could change in 2020 - especially considering that Apple is already using 120Hz ProMotion displays in iPad Pro.
Super Resolution Zoom
When iPhone XS offered 2x optical zoom, which was cool - no smartphone could do that. Now, the Galaxy S20 line has received 3x optical zoom - and if the 2020 iPhone still has a chance to match them, then the iPhone 11 is definitely an outsider. The digital zoom of the most budgetary flagship Samsung is 30x Super Resolution Zoom - versus 5x for the iPhone.
And in the top-end Galaxy S20 Ultra, Space Zoom is used at all - 100x digital zoom, which can do this:

Reversible charging
Remember how we all waited for reversible charging in the iPhone 11, but it didn't happen? Moreover, Apple has installed the required hardware in iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max, but still programmatically blocks this feature. And completely in vain, considering its benefits for owners of wireless headphones and smart watches: a smartphone Converts into a wireless charging mat so you don't have to go without music in the most inappropriate moment.
DeX
DeX may not be Samsung's most popular product, but the company is promoting it and making it better year after year. And the idea is really good: why pay extra for a processor, RAM and other hardware for a PC, if you already have a powerful enough smartphone?
It is highly unlikely that Apple will offer something like this in the future - instead, you are much more likely to advertise a new MacBook. But dreaming is not bad.
