Pumpkin salad with tomatoes and bell pepper for the winter

Ingredients
- Pumpkin 1¹⁄₂ kg
- Sweet peppers 1 kg
- Carrots 500 g
- Onions 500 g
- Tomatoes 1¹⁄₂ kg
- Hot pepper 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 200 ml
- Sugar 100 g
- Salt 1 tbsp the spoon
- Garlic 1 head
- Vinegar 9% 50 ml
Cooking method
Cut the pumpkin and bell peppers into not too large pieces. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion finely.
Grind tomatoes with hot peppers using a meat grinder or blender. Transfer to a saucepan.
Add oil, sugar and salt to the tomato mass. Stir.
Bring to a boil. Add onions and carrots, stir and cook for 10 minutes after boiling again.
Add pumpkin, stir, boil again and cook for 10 minutes.
Put bell peppers and garlic pressed through a press in a saucepan. Stir, bring to a boil and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add vinegar a couple of minutes before the end of the process.

Arrange the salad in sterilized jars, roll up, turn over and wrap. Store cool after cooling.
