Zucchini salad with carrots and peppers for the winter

For this dish vegetables, all vegetables are stewed together. Zucchini salad with carrots, prepared for the winter, turns out to be aromatic and tasty.

Ingredients
- Zucchini 550 g
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Onions 2-3 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 1 tsp the spoon
- Water 30 ml
- Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Cut the courgettes and peppers into small pieces, the onion into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Heat oil in a skillet. Put the zucchini there, salt and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add onion and carrots to the zucchini, and after 3-4 minutes pour in warm water. Simmer vegetables for 5-7 minutes, covered.

Remove vegetables from heat, cover with vinegar and stir. Divide into two sterilized jars, each with a volume of 500 ml. Cover with lids.

Place the cans in a pot with a cloth or towel lined with the bottom. Fill with water so that it does not reach the top of the cans.
After boiling, sterilize over low heat for 7 minutes.
