Potatoes with forest mushrooms in pots

Potatoes with wild mushrooms cooked in pots are very tasty and aromatic. Pickled cucumbers and sour cream add zest to the dish.

Ingredients
- Forest mushrooms 350 g
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 piece
- Butter 1 tbsp the spoon
- Potatoes 5-6 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sour cream 150 g
- Mushroom broth 200 ml
Cooking method
Rinse the mushrooms in not too large pieces and boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Throw in a colander.
Cut the onion into quarters of rings and fry in a pan with butter for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, add to the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the cucumbers or grate them on a coarse grater. Mix with mushrooms and vegetables, salt and pepper.
Lubricate the pots with sour cream and put the vegetables and mushrooms in them so that they do not reach the very top. Add broth and sour cream.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. After 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 150 ° C and cook for another 45 minutes.
