Pickled garlic with beets turns out to be bright, crunchy and incredibly tasty. It can be served as a snack.
Remove the top layer of husk from the heads of garlic. Dip the garlic in boiling water for 2 minutes, and then transfer to cold water.
Cut the beets into medium-sized pieces and place them in a sterilized jar with the garlic.
A can of 600 ml is enough.
Mix water with salt and sugar, add lavrushka, pepper and cloves. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and stir with vinegar.
Pour the boiling marinade into the jar and close the lid.
Wrap the jar of pickled garlic with a towel or blanket and leave to cool completely. Keep cool.
