Pickled cauliflower for the winter is an unusual appetizer with a spicy taste that will be an excellent addition to meat and other dishes.
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and put it in boiling water for 2 minutes, adding ¹⁄₂ tablespoon of salt. Throw in a colander and cool.
