Pickled garlic for the winter is a crispy, savory snack that's great for meats. They can also be used in various salads.
Peel and wash the garlic.
Put herbs, garlic and chopped peppers in sterilized 250 ml jars (you will need 3 of them). Pour boiling water over, cover and leave for 6-7 minutes.

Pour water from cans into a saucepan, add peppercorns, cloves and lavrushka. When the water boils, add salt and sugar and cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour the marinade into each jar of garlic and add a tablespoon of vinegar. Close the lids.
If the marinade isn't enough to fill the jars to the top, use boiling water.
Cover the jars of pickled garlic with a towel or blanket. Store cool after cooling.
