Chicken broth soup

The soup in chicken broth turns out to be tasty and satisfying. You can cook it from different types of fish, but fish soup will be especially good from pike perch, perch or catfish.

Ingredients
- Chicken broth 2 l
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- White fish 500-700 g
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 piece
- Black peppercorns to taste
- Greens to taste

Strain the chicken broth and boil.
To make the ear tasty, the broth must be rich, it is better not to use cubes.
Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces. Add to boiling broth and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Peel the fish, gut and cut into medium pieces.

Boil lightly salted water in a separate saucepan. Put fish in it. Once the water boils again, remove the pan from the heat.
This will help keep the fish soup transparent.
Transfer fish to a saucepan with stock and vegetables. Cook for about 15 minutes more. Add chopped onion, salt and pepper and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Leave the finished ear under the lid for another 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
