Tomatoes in their own juice prepared according to this recipe are delicious, moderately sweet and aromatic.

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5-6 kg
- Sugar 100 g
- Salt 40 g
- Vinegar 9% 50 ml

Twist some of the tomatoes through a meat grinder to make 1¹⁄₂ liter.
If you want to get rid of the seeds and make the mass more homogeneous, grind it through a sieve.
Pour the tomato paste into a saucepan. Add sugar and salt and mix thoroughly.
Boil for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Make a cruciform incision on the other tomatoes on the back of the stalk. Pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then remove the skin from them.
Place the peeled tomatoes in jars that have been washed with baking soda and dried. Optionally, you can additionally sterilize them.
Add vinegar to the mass of twisted tomatoes and remove from the stove. Pour tomatoes in jars into her.
Cover them with lids. They must first be boiled for 10 minutes and dried.
Cover the bottom of the pan with a towel and put the jars there. Pour in just enough hot water to reach their shoulders.
Bring the liquid to a boil and sterilize one and a half liter jars for 15 minutes, two liter jars - 20, and three liter jars - 25.
Close the jars with lids and wrap. When cool, store in a cool, dark place.
