Combine melted margarine or butter, sugar and sour cream in a bowl.
Gradually add flour and baking powder and stir. The finished dough should gather into a loose, slightly sticky ball.
Remember: you may need a little less flour.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Pass the dough through a meat grinder and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
I don't have it, so I made lumps, flattened them and baked them.
Place the dough in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes or a little longer.
Focus on your oven. Before removing the workpiece, make sure that the inside is not damp.
Whisk the butter. Without turning off the mixer, gradually add the condensed milk.
Break the workpiece, but not into dust, but into pieces of 0.5-1 cm. Add cream and mix well.
Put everything on a plate, form a slide, sprinkle with poppy seeds or chocolate on top.
