Ingredients
- Butter 150 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Flour 300 g + for sprinkling
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- Baking powder 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 100 g
- Soft curd 250 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Cream, 20% fat 150 ml
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp the spoon
- Plums 10-15 pieces
Cooking method
Beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer. Add the egg and stir again.
Add sifted flour, vanillin, baking powder and salt. Whisk.
Then knead the dough with your hands and form a ball out of it.
Roll it out on a floured surface in a round sheet.
Line the bottom of the wide shape with parchment. Place the dough there and press it to the bottom and sides.
Use a mixer to beat all the ingredients for the filling except the plums. Cut them in half.
Pour the filling into the dough pan. Spread the plums on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. The curd mass should set. Serve chilled completely.
