Ingredients
- Potatoes 6-8 pieces
- Bacon 8-12 strips
- Butter 150 g
- Flour 80 g
- Milk 500 ml
- Chicken broth 1 l
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cheddar cheese 220 g
- Sour cream 230 g
- Croutons to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Bake potatoes with temperature of 200 Ā° C for about 1 hour or a little longer to soften.
Cool a little, peel off peel and mash with a fork or slice cubes.
Fry the bacon in a pan on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Chop into pieces.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and whisk thoroughly.
