Oven baked bacon and cheese patissons

Cook the squash in the oven filled with meat, parmesan, onion and breadcrumbs. The dish will be aromatic, tasty and unusual.

Ingredients
- Water 500 ml
- Patissons 6 pieces
- Bacon 6 strips
- Onions ¹⁄₂ – 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 150 g
- Parmesan 30 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Cooking method
Pour 2-3 cm of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Place the squash there, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
When they have cooled a little, cut off the tops from them, but do not discard them. Scrape out the pulp and chop finely.
In a skillet, brown the bacon on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel.
In the same place, without pouring out the fat from the bacon, fry the chopped onions. Add the squash pulp and cook together for another 1 minute.

Combine frying, chopped bacon, crackers, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
Don't overdo it with salt: Parmesan itself is quite salty.
Fill the squash with the mixture, place the tops on them and place in the mold. Cover it with foil.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
