Squid stuffed with rice, chorizo and tomatoes

Squid stuffed with rice turns out to be hearty and very tasty. The filling is juicy, with an amazing aroma. Be sure to try this Spanish dish.

Ingredients
- Chorizo 75 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive oil 4 tbsp spoons
- A pinch of salt
- Basmati rice 100 g
- White wine 100 ml
- Chicken broth 200 ml
- Squids 5 pieces
Cooking method
Chop the chorizo, onion, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces.
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Fry the chorizo for 2-3 minutes.
Add the onion, lightly salt and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
Pour the garlic into the same pan, and after a minute - the rice. Pour in wine and simmer.

When the wine has evaporated, add the tomato broth.
How to make the perfect chicken stock
Cook the rice for another 12-15 minutes or longer, until tender.
Chop one squid, add to the pan and stir.
Stuff the rest of the squid with the mixture and place in a baking dish with the remaining rice. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180-200 ° C.
