Gooseberry and cottage cheese pie

Pie with gooseberry and cottage cheese turns out to be tender, tasty and aromatic. An ideal combination of shortcrust pastry, sweet filling and sour berries.

Ingredients
- Flour 150 g
- Butter 100 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 200 g
- Soft cottage cheese 200 g
- Gooseberry 150 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
Cooking method
Add cold butter, diced or grated, to half the flour.
Make the crumb by hand using a fork or blender. Add 1 egg and mix thoroughly.
Add half the sugar. Then add the remaining flour and knead to a smooth dough.
Form a ball out of it, flatten and wrap in film. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough, place in a mold with low sides. Smooth out by pressing the dough to the bottom and sides.
If the mold is metal, grease it with vegetable oil.
Place a fork on the bottom and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
Use a mixer to beat the cottage cheese, the remaining sugar and the egg. Spread the curd mass over the dough, put the berries on top.
Bake the cake for another 15 minutes. Serve chilled.
