If you don't eat meat, try this recipe for a veggie burger and you will know how to please yourself at a picnic with friends.
Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Do the same with onions and carrots. Grind all this together with walnuts in a meat grinder.
Soak the bread in water, pass the garlic through a press.
Combine all the ingredients, season with salt, pepper and add olive oil.
Shape the patties and fry them in a hot, oiled skillet or grill.
Then collect the burgers. On a bun, greased with tomato sauce, put a leaf of lettuce, then slices of tomato and cucumber and a cutlet. Cover with the other half of the roll.
