Lightly salted cucumbers with mustard take three days to cook, but the result is worth it. Vegetables according to this recipe are spicy and crispy.
Put dill, cherry leaves, lavrushka, garlic and onion chopped in half rings in a liter jar.
Cut the cucumbers a little on both sides and add to the jar along with the thinly sliced peppers. Sprinkle with mustard, coriander, salt and pepper.
Pour boiling water into the jar so that it reaches the top. Cover and shake gently.
Place the jar in a bowl and leave at room temperature for 24 hours. Then put it in a cool place for another two days.
