Pie with black currant and sour cream turns out to be very tasty and aromatic. Juicy berries go well with crispy dough.

Ingredients
- Flour 250 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp the spoon
- Butter 100 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 60 g
- Sugar 90 g
- Corn starch 20 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Sour cream 350 g
- Black currant 300 g

Combine the sifted flour with baking powder. Grind the finished mixture with a food processor with oil.
Use chilled oil.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Pour into flour and butter and knead the dough for a few minutes.
Do not knead for too long, the dough is done when it comes into a ball.
Spread the dough in an even layer over the baking dish and make a rim. Put it in the refrigerator.
For the filling, mix the sugar first with the starch, and then with the eggs. Add sour cream and whisk.
Rinse the currants, dry and put on the dough. Add sour cream filling: it should not reach the edge of the side by about half a centimeter.
Bake the cake for about 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
