Netflix to release 'Stranger Things' animated spin-off

Paired with a new game series.
Streaming giant Netflix announced animated series based on Stranger Things, one of the service's most popular shows. The company has not yet revealed details about the spin-off, but it is known that Eric Robles (Fanboy and Chum Chum, Glucotechnics) and Flying Bark Productions will be involved in the development.
We've always dreamed of an animated Stranger Things in the vein of the Saturday morning cartoons we grew up with, and to see that dream come true would be absolutely thrilling. We're blown away by what Eric Robles and his team came up with - the scripts and illustrations are incredible, and we can't wait to share more with you! The adventure continues...

Creators of "Stranger Things"
The original series has been renewed for fifth and the final season, but that and the animated show aren't the only Stranger Things projects in development. There's also a VR game due later this year, a stage show for London's West End, and another spin-off, no longer animated.
Also the Duffer brothers in the work Death Note series and an adaptation of The Talisman, a book by Stephen King and Peter Straub.
