Broken Chinese cucumbers are perfectly saturated with sauce, so that the taste is rich, and it takes no more than 10 minutes to cook.
Place the cucumbers on a cutting board and beat off with a cleaver, keeping the blade parallel to the table, or with a kitchen hammer. In the process, the cucumbers should crunch slightly.
Take small, dense cucumbers, watery and overripe dishes will not work for this.
Chop the chopped cucumbers into small pieces and place in a bowl with chopped garlic and chili.

For dressing, combine vinegar with soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil. Season the salad right before serving.
