Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- 1 ¾ teaspoon starch;
- 1 ½ tablespoon of cream;

- 3 tablespoons of butter.
Classic egg-skrembl - it is actually a mixture of eggs with a small amount of water, milk or cream. But in this recipe there is a little secret in the form of starch portion, which makes the consistency of the finished dishes are more delicate and creamy.
