Raspberry pie "Galeta" is equally good both hot and cold. And you can serve it with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients
- Butter 170 g
- Flour 200 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 1 pinch
- Water 4 tbsp. spoons
- Raspberries 250-300 g
- Sugar 5 tbsp spoons
- Starch 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method

Cut the chilled butter into small pieces and grind together with flour, sugar and salt to make small crumbs.
This can be done manually or with a blender.
Add cold water and knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap it in a bag and leave it in the freezer for 20-25 minutes.
Place the dough on parchment paper and roll out into a thin, round shape. Transfer the blank together with the paper to a baking sheet.
Mix raspberries with sugar and starch. Put on the dough, backing from the edge by 3-4 centimeters.
Fold the free edges of the dough towards the center of the cake and pinch with your fingers. Don't try to cover all the filling.
Bake the pie for 40–45 minutes at 180 ° C.
