Delicious julienne with chicken and mushrooms

Delicate chicken fillet, fragrant champignons, creamy sauce and brown cheese crust. This julienne with chicken and mushrooms turns out to be amazingly tasty.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 600 g
- Salt to taste
- Champignons 500 g
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour 1¹⁄₂ tbsp. spoons
- Butter 80 g
- Cream 500 ml
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cheese 250-300 g

Boil the chicken in salted water for about 20-30 minutes. Cool and cut into small pieces.

Cut the champignons into small pieces, the onion into quarters of rings.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes until it becomes transparent, but not ruddy.
Add mushrooms to the onion and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt, pepper, stir and place on a plate.
Fry the flour in the same pan for a minute or two, and then mix it with butter.
Pour in the cream, stir again and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Then add some salt and pepper.
Stir the chicken fillet with mushrooms and onions. Divide into cocotte makers and top with sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.
