Zucchini baked with minced meat, couscous and vegetables

The barrels are stuffed with meat, couscous, fried onions and carrots and dill. Zucchini baked with minced meat is tender and very aromatic.

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Carrots 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Couscous 100 g
- Water 400 ml
- Minced meat 500 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Zucchini 4-5 pieces
- Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Ketchup 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 1 tsp the spoon
Cooking method
Chop the onion, chop the garlic, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry the onions in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic to it and cook some more.
Add the carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, pour half of the boiling water over the couscous, cover and leave for 7-8 minutes. The groats will absorb water.
Combine the minced meat with salt, pepper, couscous, half roast and chopped dill.
Cut the courgettes across into pieces about 5 cm long.
Use a knife to clean the flesh out of them, leaving the bottom.
Spread the remaining roast over the bottom of the baking dish.
Stuff the zucchini kegs with the meat mixture. Place them upside down into the mold.
Combine sour cream, ketchup, sugar, salt, and remaining hot water. Pour this sauce over the squash.
Cover the tin with foil. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
During this time, pour the zucchini sauce with the fried vegetables on the bottom of the mold once or twice.
