Potatoes with mushrooms in pots

Potatoes in pots are incredibly tasty and aromatic thanks to the combination of fresh champignons and dried porcini mushrooms.

Ingredients
- Dried porcini mushrooms 20 g
- Potato 300 g
- Champignons 300 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Water 150 ml
- Cheese 50 g
Cooking method
Rinse porcini mushrooms, cover with water and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the liquid.
Cut the potatoes and both types of mushrooms into small pieces, finely chop the onion.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the onion for 3-5 minutes, add the mushrooms and half of the porcini mushrooms. Leave on fire for another 5 minutes, and then put on a plate.
Fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes.
Distribute half of the fried and soaked mushrooms in the pots. Top with sour cream, potatoes and leftover mushrooms.

Season with salt, pepper and cover with water about a quarter.
Use more or less water depending on the size of the pots.
Sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese on top and cover.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40–45 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Open the lid 10 minutes before tenderness to brown the cheese.
