Salad with strawberries, spinach, nuts and feta cheese

Sweet berries, fresh herbs, toasted nuts, soft tender feta, onions and a fragrant dressing. It is impossible not to fall in love with this salad with strawberries and cheese.

Ingredients
- Walnuts 100 g
- Purple onion ¹⁄₂ pieces
- Balsamic vinegar 4-5 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 3 tbsp spoons
- Poppy seeds 1¹⁄₂ tbsp spoons
- Honey 1¹⁄₂ tbsp. spoons
- Mustard ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ⅛ tsp spoons
- Strawberry 450 g
- Spinach 280 g
- Feta 120 g

Arrange the nuts in one layer on a baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 8-10 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. Cool it down.
Alternatively, you can fry the nuts in a dry skillet for a few minutes.

In the meantime, cut the onion into very thin half rings. Cover with cold water and set aside while you cook the rest.
This will remove the bitterness from the onion and not overpower the flavor of the other ingredients.
Whisk the vinegar, oil, poppy seeds, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cut the strawberries into quarters lengthwise.
Place the spinach, strawberries, and onion in a large salad bowl and drain.

Add the dressing and mix thoroughly but gently.
You may not need all of the refueling. It should cover all the ingredients, but not accumulate at the bottom.
Chop the nuts coarsely, crush the feta. Add them to the salad and stir.
